The property was originally a 25-story office building with shops on the ground floor and offices on floors 1, 2, and 5 through 27. It was converted into a hotel in 2013. Currently, the ground floor houses the hotel lobby and restaurant, the first floor contains common areas and a kitchen, the second floor has a gym and laundry room, the third floor is a server room, and floors 5 through 27 are hotel rooms, providing a total of 79 rooms. The building does not have floors 4, 14, or 24. The hotel underwent renovations in 2021.
